Cumann na mBunscol Handball

An energetic and exciting Sunday morning at Naomh Pól CLG learning how to navigate a 4-wall handball court in preparation for the Cumann na mBunscol Handball Tournament on Wednesday. 

Great to see the girls play on a 4-wall handball court. Their speed, stamina and ability to transfer the fundamental skills into all GAA codes is astonishing. We thank Fiona Shannon Ulster GAA Handball for this amazing opportunity and Mark for his coaching this morning. 

We wish the girls every success and hope they have lots of fun on Wednesday.
