What a performance at the inaugural Ballymacrickett Primary School Annual Tournament. Competing for every kick out, defending every ball, saving goals and striking the winning points, both our boys and girls teams preformed to the very best of their strength, determination and skill. The boys made their way through the initial rounds with one team reaching the semi-final, and what an outstanding 30 minutes of football, losing after four rounds of extra time. Playing the hosts in the final, our girls dug deep to win by a small margin, proudly bringing the cup home to Moneynick. Congratulations to the tournament organisers and referees who made this day memorable, one our players will never forget. We are extremely proud of their sportsmanship and commitment. The future is bright for our school, our clubs and most definitely our county.
