Today we celebrated European Languages in school. Everyone was dressed in their European finery and we looked amazing!
We had a European Quiz in the school hall and there were many tricky questions. We had to draw the map of Ireland from memory and a few of Mrs Mallon's class had to do a Spanish dance. There was an Irish section in the quiz and we answered questions about all the Irish we have been learning with Mrs Mallon. We had to name as many European Countries as possible and identify lots of flags. Nathan surprised us with a special Portuguese Minion! Mrs Hughes ate lots of homemade pizza made by two Italian chefs!
After the quiz we relaxed with a delicious European Breakfast with croissants, cold meats from different countries and fruit juice. Yummy!
