The youngest pupils were busy today planting the herbs for our summer salads. Recycling unwanted items is a major part of our eco school commitment. Today we up-cycled used milk jugs, which we washed and cut to act as a planting vessel. The herbs will add a beautiful smell to our outside world, attract the insects and mostly importantly add an extra touch of colour and taste to our salads and soups. 🥗
