Cross Curricular ICT

Our ICT focus for term 3 has a cross curricular theme. As a whole school we are learning just how important pollinators are in our food chain and how we need to encourage them into our gardens. To reinforce this message we will create animations demonstrating the role of the pollinator. Primary 1-5 spent the afternoon working together in teams. They made insects using clay and then designed on large pieces of paper their colourful gardens. Using the ‘I can Animate’ app they created short animations. Through discussion they highlighted how they could improve their designs, backgrounds and frames. #animation
