Today during our Cross Country Coaching at Erins Own GAC Cargin we had the pleasure of welcoming Declan Leung from Athletics NI. He brought skill, knowledge and enthusiasm to our training session and added his invaluable expertise focusing on our form and technique. (Mrs McConway was definitely taking notes). Our children are truly inspired by your speed and passion for running and we thank you for joining us this afternoon.
