We were delighted to welcome Rachel for our very first Beyond Bricks lesson, where pupils began learning all about how our brains are connected to our emotions.
During the session, children had the opportunity to create their own amygdala models and take part in thoughtful discussions about how their bodies respond when they feel happy, sad, angry, or confused.
It was a fantastic introduction to understanding emotional regulation and building emotional awareness – all in a fun, hands-on way. We’re looking forward to more sessions with Rachel as we continue exploring our emotions through Beyond Bricks.
