Christmas Concert 2023

Take a bow, the children of Moneynick Primary School, with amazing performances at our matinee and evening shows as we hosted our P1-3 performance ‘Alphabet Nativity’ and our P4-P7 performance ‘Don’t be Afraid’. Our Christmas Show really epitomises the family atmosphere within our wonderful school. A team effort from all the pupils, staff and school community, providing many positive opportunities and ensuring memorable experiences for the children.

The children were fantastic in their rehearsals and what a show they produced in both performances. Their happiness and joy were so evident in their smiling and excited faces throughout the show.  As a school community, we are extremely proud of each child, as they showcased their many talents. All we ever want is for our children is to ‘Be the best they can be!’ and we have no doubt these experiences will have further developed their confidence and self-esteem.

A lot of gratitude and appreciation must go to all the hard working, caring and dedicated staff in preparing the pupils with their many roles and costume changes. We are very fortunate to have a great school hall and a stage with a beautifully hand painted backdrop.

Our Christmas Show is very much a team effort and would not have been possible without the support of our school community. Thank you to everyone who attended our performances and supported our raffle. A grand total of £1,525 was raised for our outdoor play facility.

Christmas is always a special time of year for our families, to treasure the joy and happiness of our children.  We hope that everyone had a memorable experience. We are already looking forward to next year!
