Our staff training week finished today with a one wall workshop in Cargin GAC, coached by Fiona Shannon Ulster GAA. We discovered first hand the benefits of playing handball to promote our mental wellbeing, fitness and fundamental skills, while enjoying good craic and reconnecting as a team. We wish to acknowledge Fiona’s dedication to the sport and her support for our school. We look forward to working with her throughout the year. A huge thank you to Cargin GAC for the use of their outstanding new club facilities. #gaafamily
