After six weeks of our FRESH LITTLE MINDS, 'Grow' programme with Eileen, the pupils of Moneynick are feeling confident, happy and ready to deal with all of life's stresses. They have investigated how their minds and bodies work together and have learned many techniques to help them de-stress and relax when feeling anxious. Big thanks to Eileen for an extremely worthwhile programme!
