🌎In Memory of Pope Francis🌎
24th Apr 2025
‘The Human Family has received from the Creator a common gift: Nature.’ ~ Pope Francis, Laudato Si’ 🌎
Pope Francis was not only a spiritual leader but a leader for justice, creation, and human dignity. His encyclical Laudato Si’ has over the past 5 years been central in our school community, visible in our words, actions, religious teaching and commitment to our environment.
He encouraged all of us to reshape the way we think about our planet and empowered us to play our role in protecting it.
His legacy will live on in our responsibility to care for our common home and in doing so honouring our Creator with love. 🌱
Tomorrow morning Friday 25th April, 10am mass in St Oliver Plunkett Church will be offered for Pope Francis. Please come along if you can to honour his memory and celebrate his teachings.
May his soul and the souls of all the faithful departed through the mercy of God, Rest in Eternal Peace.
