As we move to increasing our time using technology, it is important as parents, carers and teachers that we keep updated with information which will help make informed choices. This newsletter is an excellent resource for keeping parents informed of current issues relating to the ever changing online world. Governments must respect the rights and responsibilities of parents and carers to provide guidance and direction to their child as they grow up, so that they fully enjoy their rights. This must be done in a way that recognises the child’s increasing capacity to make their own choices.
