Primary 1/2/3 Classroom Activities
A look into one of our primary 1/2/3 activities today!
๐งต Our pupils explored letters by threading them onto string which was great for fine motor development! Our youngest learners focused on identifying letters, while our older pupils built high frequency words.
๐จ Using bead games, we identified patterns to recreate images, helping develop spatial awareness and problem-solving.
๐ข Children gathered objects in set amounts, then labelled their collections.
๐ง Fine motor skills were strengthened with sorting games using tweezers. Great for precision and concentration.
๐ Creativity was flowing in our small world area, where pupils used loose parts to build their own imaginative scenes.
It was a fantastic example of play based learning, literacy, numeracy, creativity and fine motor development all at once! ๐ก๐ชโจ
