We are thrilled to welcome Primary 6/7 back to school. They've hit the ground running with their new theme for the term: “It’s a Disaster!” 🚨🌪️🌋
This theme will explore both natural and man-made disasters, linking areas across the curriculum, including history and geography. From earthquakes and tsunamis to war, shipwrecks and everything in between, there’s so much to discover! During their thematic carousel pupils dived into a wide range of non-fiction texts, maps, plans and photographs to spark curiosity and inspire group discussion. Together, they’ve generated questions to shape what they want to learn in the weeks ahead.
