We’re excited to share that a Sensory Circuit has been installed in our school by Creative Activity! 🎉
A Sensory Circuit is a structured sequence of activities that helps pupils prepare for learning by:
🔵 Alerting the senses – waking up body and mind with energetic movement.
🟢 Organising the senses – developing balance, coordination, and focus through structured challenges.
🟣 Calming the senses – finishing with soothing activities that regulate emotions and support readiness for learning.
👏 Congratulations to our 2024/25 School Council! This project was the final initiative of our outgoing council, who worked in June alongside our teachers and Creative Activity while listening to pupil voice and advocating for their fellow classmates. They were proud to see the circuit finished today as they handed over their responsibilities to our new council members.
We wish our new council every success in their role, and thank all of our pupils for the vital part they play in shaping school life with their voice, energy and enthusiasm. 🌟🙌
