We returned to Shared Education today. This term the lessons will focus on the ‘Energise Programme’. Today the children looked at the correct proportion of food groups on an ‘Eat Well’ plate. They played games to sort food items into food groups and looked at how they could change their habits to include fruit and vegetables. #eatwell
