This morning at Erins Own GAC Cargin, we hosted our Annual Rounders Tournament for all the schools of South West Antrim Cumann na mBunscol.
Our entire Primary 5–7 classes enjoyed the opportunity to participate, represent their school and showcase the skills they have developed through our Friday multi-sports after-school. A code that truly is for every young Gael!
Congratulations to our Team 3, who reached the final against Mary Queen of Peace, Glenravel and were victorious to become this year's Cumann na mBunscol South West Antrim Rounders Champions!
A huge thank you to Mrs McKeever, Miss Devlin and Mrs Neeson for refereeing and supporting the success of the tournament and to Boyd's Mace - Main Street Toome for generously sponsoring the refreshments and treats for all of the children who took part.
