Connecting learning and the transfer of knowledge are important aspects of school life. Through the Take 5 Steps to Well-being we are encouraged to keep learning and connect with our world. Today Johnny McCrystal, our Sustrans Field Officer, introduced us to our Daily Mile Challenge. During this challenge as we clock up our mileage we will visit special landmarks along the Wild Atlantic Way, down the west coast of Ireland. Today we reached Malin Head, County Donegal. This is also an opportunity to learn about our culture and heritage as we travel the 1,000 miles to Mizen Head, the most southern point of Ireland. Primary 7 are also preparing for the Cumann na mBunscol Quiz so this information may prove vital. #landmarks #onourway
