Our Primary 3–5 pupils took part in an exciting Big Maths Quiz to mark the end of Maths Week Ireland!
Faced with tricky word problems, measurement conversions and a creative picture round, our pupils displayed mathematical knowledge, reasoning and collaboration. Activities like this not only celebrate numeracy but also highlight the power of team learning where pupils have the chance to learn from one another, compare strategies and even teach as they go. These moments of peer teaching and active discussion are key to building deeper understanding and confidence in maths.
We are so proud of how our younger pupils rose to the challenge, supported one another and showed that learning can be both educational and fun. Well done primary 3–5! 👏
