Anti-Bullying

Our school aims to create and maintain a safe, nurturing, learning environment.

Measures are put in place to protect and support our children and young people from bullying and tackle the problem effectively. All members of our school community have a responsibility to prevent and address bullying type behaviour, whether in person and/or online, as outlined in the school Anti-Bullying Policy. School staff work with pupils, parents and carers have a responsibility to support those impacted by bullying.

Our elected Anti-Bullying Ambassadors will work together as a team to address Anti - Bullying issues and promote awareness among our pupils of the issues relating to bullying and how we can prevent it. They will have a role in preparing assemblies for Anti - Bullying week and will prepare posters and lead assemblies to communicate the message 'Power for Good’.
