Take 5 Level 3 Accreditation 2024/25
Mrs Eimear Lavery and Mrs Veronica Craig attended the Education Authority Take 5 Celebration on behalf of our school, to receive our Level 3 Take 5 Award – recognising for the third consecutive year our ongoing commitment to prioritising the mental health and happiness of our young people while supporting the wellbeing of our staff and wider school community.
Over the past three years it’s been inspiring to witness the growth of this movement and we’re delighted to see so many local schools and schools from across our region now embracing the Take 5 approach. Congratulations to all our staff and pupils on this fantastic achievement. A special mention goes to our incredible Take 5 Champions, who represent the Moneynick pupil voice so passionately and are outstanding ambassadors for wellbeing across our school.
We are proud to be a Take 5 School – where we connect, keep learning, be active, take notice and give!
Take 5 Level 3 Accreditation 2023/24
We have maintained our Take 5, Level 3 Accreditation for the second year.
The pupils have been busy this year developing their understanding of the five steps to wellbeing. As well as a variety of classroom activities, the whole school participated in a fundraising events and we held community events e.g Magical Evening at Moneynick. Our Take 5 ambassadors help make this a memorable evening and provided the opportunity for our pupils, their families, friends, community and staff to Connect, keep Learning, be Active, take Notice and to Give.
We want to continue to promote the wellbeing of our pupils and staff, so we hope to go for our third Take 5 award next year.
